7:00 -9:00 Cory Cross Band at Keeler St Stage

8:00  Jason and Brandon will make some announcements, banner raffle  and some awards

8:00 Gates open for registrants (WRISTBANDS AND WINDSHIELD STICKERS REQUIRED – additional wristbands available at Merch sales at Hilton $18 per wristband)

  • Look for volunteers at gate for credentials not picked up at Hilton
  • Look for our parking volunteers for locations

10:00 Gates open to spectators, Invocation and National Anthem

WOOLAROC:

Woolaroc was established in 1925 as the ranch retreat of oilman, Frank Phillips.  The ranch is a 3,700-acre wildlife preserve, home to many species of native and exotic wildlife, such as bison, elk, and longhorn cattle.  Woolaroc is also a museum with an outstanding collection of western art and artifacts, Native American material, one of the finest collections of Colt firearms in the world, and so much more.

Trailer Parking:

There will be no trailer parking at Woolaroc.  Woolaroc is about 10 miles from Bartlesville.

Parking By Host:

PLEASE NOTE:  The Phillips lot near the Hilton will only be available after 5:00 on Friday.  That belongs to Phillips and THEY WILL TOW before that time.  It is located east of the railroad tracks.

CITY REQUIREMENTS AT HOST:  Due to city regulations we MUST keep a lane clear for emergency vehicles.  If you park in the restricted area you will be towed!
