8:00 amGates open for registrants. Wristbands and windshield stickers are required. Additional wristbands are $19 each at Merch Sales at the Hilton.
• Look for volunteers at the gate if you did not pick up your credentials at the Hilton.
• Look for our parking volunteers – they will show you where to park.
10:00 amGates open to spectators. Invocation and National Anthem.
3:00 pmAwards Ceremony and the drawing for the three-night casino stay for 2027. Raffle tickets are for sale at Merch Sales. Must be present to win.
5:00 pmPark closes.
5:00 – 8:00 pmSundown Social – if you have tickets, meet up by the museum for transportation to the lake.

Parking by the Host Hotel

PLEASE NOTE: The Phillips lot near the Hilton is only available after 5:00 pm on Friday. That lot belongs to Phillips and they will tow before that time. It is located east of the railroad tracks.

CITY REQUIREMENT: Due to city regulations we must keep a lane clear for emergency vehicles. If you park in the restricted area you will be towed.

Trailer Parking

There is no trailer parking at Woolaroc. Woolaroc is about 10 miles from Bartlesville.

Please park trailers at one of these locations:

  • Bartlesville Airport
  • Lincoln Electric by the airport
  • Artunoff Softball Fields – 201 N Johnstone Ave, Bartlesville, OK

Woolaroc was established in 1925 as the ranch retreat of oilman Frank Phillips. The ranch is a 3,700-acre wildlife preserve, home to many species of native and exotic wildlife such as bison, elk, and longhorn cattle. Woolaroc is also a museum with an outstanding collection of western art and artifacts, Native American material, one of the finest collections of Colt firearms in the world, and so much more.
