Woolaroc:
Woolaroc was established in 1925 as the ranch retreat of oilman, Frank Phillips. The ranch is a 3,700-acre wildlife preserve, home to many species of native and exotic wildlife, such as bison, elk, and longhorn cattle. Woolaroc is also a museum with an outstanding collection of western art and artifacts, Native American material, one of the finest collections of Colt firearms in the world, and so much more.

Parking:
There will be no trailer parking at Woolaroc. Woolaroc is about 10 miles from Bartlesville.
Trailer Parking is a little different this year. If your hotel does not have trailer parking here are addresses below of lots the city and some companies around town are letting us use.
Siemons – 500 US 60 West NW Corner of back lot go North on Wiley Post to access entrance
Artunoff Softball Field – 201 N Johnstone Ave Bartlesville, OK
Doenges Memorial Stadium – 198 N Dewey Ave (Not in main parking lot) 2 parking lots on access road behind outfield
YMCA – 101 N Osage Bartlesville
Conoco Phillips is letting us use their gravel lot across from host hotel on Frank Phillips Blvd and west of the railroad tracks.
Registration Packet Pickup
Local Participants can pick up their packets at Hot Rod Garage beginning 10/5/21
Thursday Evening at Hilton Garden Inn 7-8:30
Friday Morning at Hilton Garden Inn 8-9:45
Friday Evening at Hilton Garden Inn 6-9
Saturday Morning at Woolaroc entry 8 -10.
COVID 19/ Masks:
Masks are currently not required buy strongly recommended in Woolaroc Museums. Bartlesville does not have a mandatory mask mandate currently, however, some business may require masks. As always, be smart, be safe and be courteous.
Alcohol:
Out of respect for Woolaroc, alcoholic beverages are not allowed at the venue.
Wristbands:
In your bag, there are two wristbands. Those will cover you and 1 guest’s entry ticket to the Gathering
Registration fee includes 2 entries into the show. Extra entries can be bought at registration pickup and prices are as follows:
- Adults $14
- Military Discount $10
- Over 65 $12
- Children 12 and younger are free

- DO NOT get out of your cars driving thru the ranch. These are not domesticated animals

There will be seating in the Event Center just to hang out and catch up with old friends!
