Woolaroc:

Woolaroc was established in 1925 as the ranch retreat of oilman, Frank Phillips.  The ranch is a 3,700-acre wildlife preserve, home to many species of native and exotic wildlife, such as bison, elk, and longhorn cattle.  Woolaroc is also a museum with an outstanding collection of western art and artifacts, Native American material, one of the finest collections of Colt firearms in the world, and so much more.

Parking:

There will be no trailer parking at Woolaroc.  Woolaroc is about 10 miles from Bartlesville.  

PLEASE NOTE:  The Phillips lot near the Hilton will only be available after 5:00 on Friday.  That belongs to Phillips and THEY WILL TOW before that time.  It is located west of the railroad tracks.

DETAILS WILL BE SENT LATER ON PARKING OPTIONS.  Be looking on social  media and website closer to GATR weekend

Registration Packet Pickup

Look for notification on social media but Local Participants should be able to pick up their packets at Hot Rod Garage beginning 10/02/24

Alcohol:

Out of respect for Woolaroc, alcoholic beverages are not allowed at the venue.

Wristbands:

In your bag, there are two wristbands.  Those will cover you and 1 guest’s entry ticket to the Gathering.

Registration fee includes 2 entries into the show.  Extra entries can be bought at registration pickup and prices are as follows:

  • Adults $16
  • Military Discount $14
  • Over 65 $14
  • Children 12 and younger are free
